User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Booking Terms and Payment

• Pricing may fluctuate based on market changes. Astra Holidays is not responsible for price discrepancies or availability errors caused by third-party suppliers. 

  
  

• Full payment or partial deposits are required as per the specific travel package or service. 

  
  

• Refunds, modifications, and cancellations are subject to the supplier’s policies and may involve fees or non-refundable amounts. 

  
  

• Astra Holidays is not liable for any supplier defaults, bankruptcies, or service disruptions. 
  
  

Travel Requirements and Insurance 

You are solely responsible for ensuring you meet all passport, visa, and health requirements for your trip. 

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, medical emergencies, cancellations, or losses. 

Astra Holidays does not provide insurance coverage and assumes no responsibility for losses not covered by your insurer. 

User-Generated Content 

You may submit content such as reviews, feedback, photos, or other materials ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant Astra Holidays a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, copy, modify, display, distribute, and publish such content for any purpose, without compensation or acknowledgment to you. 

You warrant that: 

• You own or control all rights to your User Content.

  
  

• Your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights, violate any laws, or contain harmful material. 

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: 

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose. 

  
  

• Upload viruses, malicious code, or other harmful materials. 

  
  

• Interfere with the security or functionality of the Platform.

  
  

• Impersonate any individual or entity. 

  
  

• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform’s systems. 

  
  

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action. 

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, service marks, text, graphics, photos, software, and other content on the Platform are owned by Astra Holidays or its licensors. 

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. 

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability 

• Platform Use: The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 

• Third-Party Services: We do not guarantee, endorse, or assume liability for any third-party services or content. 

• No Warranties: We make no warranties regarding the completeness, security, reliability, quality, or availability of the Platform. 

• Maximum Liability: Under no circumstances shall Astra Holidays, its affiliates, agents, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. 

• Aggregate Cap: Astra Holidays’ maximum cumulative liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fees paid to us by you for the services related to the claim. 

Force Majeure  

Astra Holidays shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, pandemics, technological failures, or disruptions caused by third-party suppliers. 

Indemnification

• Your misuse of the Platform. 

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
